MeltdownGuide is a free resource site for parents of autistic, ADHD, and sensory-sensitive children. It offers free trackers, profiles, and letter generators, plain-English guides, and a directory of child therapists.
What it costs
Nothing. The tools, guides, and directory are free, with no accounts and no signups. There is currently no paid product on this site.
What we are not
MeltdownGuide is not a diagnostic or therapy service and does not replace your child's clinicians or school team. It organizes information so those conversations go better.
